AQ, XVII, 1997 QUTB AL-D\u00ceN AL-QASTALL\u00c0N\u00ce 111 pasar\u00e1 entonces de ser considerado como medicamento y alimento, a ser considerado como \u00abembriagante t\u00f3xico y nocivo\u00bb, y por tanto obje-to de prohibici\u00f3n legal. En este sentido ambos tratados constituyen una clara manifestaci\u00f3n de las relaciones hist\u00f3ricas establecidas entre la medicina y el derecho, en el contexto de la lucha ideol\u00f3gica mantenida por la ortodoxia isl\u00e1mica contra el uso de psicotr\u00f3picos ^^. 2.2.3. Informaci\u00f3n l\u00e9xica La amplia lista de sobrenombres del hach\u00eds registrados en la literatu-ra \u00e1rabe constituye uno m\u00e1s entre los varios ejemplos de lo que algunos ling\u00fcistas anglosajones han dado en llamar \u00abcultural focus\u00bb, y cuyo ejemplo m\u00e1s habitual es en la lengua \u00e1rabe el de los nombres del came-llo. La n\u00f3mina m\u00e1s amplia que conocemos de sobrenombres del hach\u00eds es la que nos ofrece en el siglo xv Taq\u00ed l-d\u00edn al-Badr\u00ed (847-894\/1443-1489) en su R\u00e1hat al-arw\u00e0h, donde menciona aproximadamente un centenar de ellos ^i. En su Tatm\u00edm 22 al-Qastall\u00e0n\u00ee menciona un total de 16 sobrenombres en circulaci\u00f3n en su tiempo. Ocho de ellos (a\/-s\u00fcra, ibnat al-k\u00eds, ibnat al-‘ak\u00e0riyy\u00een (?), yam\u00e0l al-d\u00een, al-kusayra (?), al-mal\u00fch (?), al-mal\u00edha (?), al-qinnabiyyd) no son mencionados por al-Ba-dr\u00ed. Por otra parte, la coincidencia de los ocho restantes (al-kajf, al-ma’l\u00fcm, ibnat al-qunbus, ibnat al-yir\u00e0b, \u00e1l-bank, al-k\u00e1f\u00fcr\u00ed, al-jadr\u00e0] al-luqaymd) parece indicar que fueron precisamente \u00e9stos los de mayor implantaci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n, habida cuenta de su pervivencia en el siglo xv. 2.3. Importancia y transmisi\u00f3n del Takr\u00edm y del Tatm\u00edm en la literatura \u00e1rabe sobre el hach\u00eds Un siglo despu\u00e9s de su muerte, al-Qastall\u00e1n\u00ed era la principal auto-ridad para quienes se ocupaban del hach\u00eds en sus escritos. 112 INDALECIO LOZANO ^42, XVII, 1997 1349-1405), autores de dos monograf\u00edas que llevan por t\u00edtulo respec-tivamente, Zahr al-ar\u00eds fitah\u00f1m al-has\u00edse Ikr\u00e0m man ya\u00eds bi-tahr\u00edm al-jamr wa4-has\u00eds, encontraron en los textos de al-Qastall\u00e1n\u00ed la fuente fundamental para la redacci\u00f3n de sus obras. Ambos conocieron por separado el Takr\u00edm y el Tatm\u00edm y los usaron de manera diferente. Mientras al-Zarkas\u00ed no los menciona entre sus fuentes, al-Aqfahs\u00ed s\u00ed lo hace, aunque s\u00f3lo declara haber copiado del Takr\u00edm, evitando mencionar que tambi\u00e9n copi\u00f3 del Tatm\u00edm. El cotejo del Zahr aWar\u00eds con los textos de al-Qastall\u00e1n\u00ed acotados en el Ikr\u00e0m revela la existen-cia de coincidencias entre las ep\u00edstolas de al-Zarkas\u00ed y de al-Aqfahs\u00ed. Antes de que se llevara a cabo el estudio de los dos tratados de al-Qastall\u00e1n\u00ed estas coincidencias suger\u00edan que al-Zarkas\u00ed los hab\u00eda co-nocido, y que al parecer los hab\u00eda usado en muy escasa medida para la redacci\u00f3n de su Zahr aU’ar\u00eds, limit\u00e1ndose a espigar de ellos algunos datos aislados. No obstante, la consulta del Takr\u00edm y del Tatm\u00edm ha puesto de manifiesto que al-Zarkas\u00ed copi\u00f3 literalmente de al-Qas-tall\u00e1n\u00ed amplios fragmentos que incluye en el Zahr. Estos fragmentos constituyen la mayor parte del material que al-Zarkas\u00ed no atribuye a ninguna fuente concreta, y que por ello ha sido considerado hasta el momento como obra suya ^3. De acuerdo a la informaci\u00f3n que nos ofrece H\u00e1yy\u00ed Jalifa ^^^ ya bien entrado el siglo xv el alfaqui hanaf\u00ee ‘Abd al-B\u00e1sit b. Jal\u00edl al-Hanaf\u00ed (844-920\/1440-1514) 25 escribi\u00f3 un tratado que titul\u00f3 al-Durr al-wa-s\u00edmfl taws\u00edh Tatm\u00edm al-Takr\u00edm fi tahr\u00edm al-has\u00eds wa-wasfi-hi al-dam\u00edm. H\u00e1yy\u00ed Jalifa indica que se trata de un comentario del Takr\u00edm, aunque a juzgar por su t\u00edtulo podr\u00eda tratarse m\u00e1s bien de un comentario del Tat-m\u00edm, tal y como piensa Rosenthal ^6. Desafortunadamente, su obra no parece haberse conservado. Tambi\u00e9n en la literatura \u00e1rabe del siglo xvi encontramos acotacio-nes del Tatm\u00edm y del Takr\u00edm, recogidas en al-Fat\u00e1w\u00ed al-kubr\u00e0 y en al-Zaw\u00e0yir ‘an iqtir\u00e0f al-kab\u00e1’ir de Ibn Hayar al-Haytam\u00ed (909-974\/1504-1567), quien las toma del Ikr\u00e1m de al-Aqfahs\u00ed, obra que us\u00f3 23 Cf.
